Non-local employees who stay put in Suzhou during the Spring Festival holiday will be able to take rail transit free of charge, according to the program soon to be launched by Suzhou Rail Transit.

Period: January 31 to February 6, 2022
How to take rail transit free?
1. Su-e-Xing Mobile App
Non-local employees whose ID number does not start with "3205" can sign up for the program on Su-e-Xing mobile app between 8:00:00, January 25 and 23:59:59, February 6.
Those who complete the registration will get a free ticket, which allows unlimited free travel in Suzhou's rail transit network within designated time period.
Attention
(1) The arrival time for the ticket may be a little bit late than expected. Here is the way to check whether or not it has arrived: Su-e-Xing mobile app → "个人中心" (Me) → "我的卡包" (My Cards) → "优惠券" (Coupon).
(2) Those who previously entered the station with multi-ride passes or tourism passes need to change their method of payment manually, otherwise the free ticket won't be used automatically.
(3) The free ticket cannot be used to pay for the overdue payment.

2. Valid Certificate
Non-local employees can enter the station through the side door with their ID cards, Residence Permit of Jiangsu Province, passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or other valid certificates.
