Founded by EcoKMC Suzhou, the innovation incubation center in UCI (University of California, Irvine) is committed to creating a service system with global vision and Suzhou characteristics for scientific and technological innovation and start-ups, and supporting foreign innovation teams that intend to settle down in Suzhou. The center has established strategic cooperative partner networks comprised of investment organizations and scientific research institutes, sifting scientific and technological innovation projects across the globe at regular intervals and introducing the suitable ones to Suzhou.

The center has been strengthening international scientific and technological cooperation with an open attitude and striving to foster a sound environment for innovation since it was founded in 2019, said Catherine Zhou, CEO of EcoKMC Suzhou and director of the center.
Netherlands Innovation Center (NIC) has set up offices in Amsterdam and Suzhou. The center focuses on such fields as new-generation information technology, new materials, biomedicine, etc., and aims to help a batch of overseas high-level talent programs settle down in Suzhou to realize both "bringing in" and "going global".
