Lianyungang city in east China’s Jiangsu province released the new talent policy version 2.0 on Monday, highlighting the introduction of high-end skilled talents in all industries, with a maximum reward of 1 million yuan for individuals.
The integration of production and talent will be implemented in petrochemicals, biomedicine, and new materials sectors to formulate the industrial talent policy with the most comparative advantages in China by awarding high-end talents up to 2 million yuan in house purchase coupons and 10 million yuan in project start-up support, venture equity investment. The new policy also focuses on the cultivation of ordinary skilled talents, expands the growth space for young craftsmen, and creates a place for the cultivation and leadership of craftsmen in the new era.
