Recently, Huai'an housing construction department introduced "Huai'an Measures for the Administration of Urban Housing Safety" (hereinafter referred to as "Measures"), in order to protect the personal and property security of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and to maintain public safety.
The "Measures" came into force on January 1 this year, applicable to all the houses that have been built and put into use in the city's administrative area. It includes a total of thirty-six articles based on the questions such as "who to manage" "what to manage" and "how to manage". Five major aspects are covered, namely, focusing on building a housing safety management system, clarifying the main responsibility of housing safety, strengthening the management of housing decoration, improving the prevention and treatment of dangerous housing, and clarifying housing safety management funds, all of which provide solid protection rules and regulations for public safety and interest.
