In 2022, Jiangsu will go all out to promote the construction of a strong science and technology province, focusing on the cultivation of national strategic scientific and technological strength, basic research and original innovation, according to the Provincial Science and Technology Work Conference held on Wednesday.
Efforts will be made to strengthen measures to support carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, build a scientific and technological talent team, and make greater breakthroughs in key areas for the implementation of scientific and technological policies and reform measures so as to build more peaks on the innovation plateau. Jiangsu will also accelerate the promotion of industrial technology innovation capabilities, enterprise technology innovation capabilities, regional collaborative innovation capabilities, technology resource allocation capabilities, and technology services for people's livelihood, realize a virtuous cycle of technology, industry, and finance, and promote the deep integration of industrial chains, innovation chains, and value chains.
