The 8.5-generation LCD panel production line produced by Suzhou Huaxing Opto-electronics has achieved a high degree of automation and intelligence.
The intelligent cutting workshop is equipped with 44 production lines and 80 industrial robots. The system can automatically confirm the condition of the materials in the production line, and deliver them quantitatively and accurately by taking about 5 minutes to complete the steps of panel cutting, cleaning, and inspection.
"Last year,we invested nearly 100 million yuan to carry out technical transformation of more than 180 sub-projects in 17 categories to increase the production efficiency by about 25%.The collection of big data runs through the integration stage of our production, supply and marketing,including the monitoring of real-time product information,and the real-time monitoring of energy use and energy consumption."said Qin Yongliang, Director of Industrial Engineering Department of Suzhou Huaxing Opto-electronics Technology Co., Ltd.
The in-depth application of big data makes the intelligent upgrade of factories not only at the level of "machine substitution", but also optimizes and re-engineering the entire R&D and production process, thus helping enterprises to create highly competitive products in the global market.
In addition to the enterprises’ active investment, this change has also benefited from the strong help of the government.
Taking Suzhou as an example, in the past year, the local government provided policies and funds, created platforms, and strengthened services by issuing 7.33 billion "smart manufacturing loans" throughout the year, and completing 10,634 "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" projects, playing an important role in the upsurge of intelligent transformation and digital transformation of enterprises.
This year, Suzhou will also vigorously promote the "intelligent transformation of digital transformation" to accelerate the digital economy.

Various parts of Jiangsu are vying to accelerate industrial transformation.
Nantong has established a service support system of "intelligent and digital transformation" to promote the coordinated upgrade of industrial chain groups.
At the end of last year, Jiangsu issued a three-year action plan for manufacturing intelligence and digital transformation, proposing to build a cloud service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises to boost intelligent and digital transformation and provide solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Many Internet-based industrial companies have felt the changes in the market.
"We have created an online saas-based Internet service,so that small and medium-sized enterprises can quickly access the cloud with one click.We do not need to set up R&D teams and build computer rooms like large enterprises.Rather, we can quickly solve transformation needs through module selection.We have observed that

By the end of last year, Jiangsu had cultivated and created 1,307 provincial-level intelligent demonstration workshops, 135 industrial Internet benchmark factories, and built 121 thousand 5G base stations.
