On the morning of December 30, Huai'an Winter Shopping Festival kicked off, which will last until mid-February 2022. During this period, thousands of enterprises in the city will participate both online and offline, with goods and services promoted simultaneously. It's expected that the total discounts in favor of customers will exceed 200 million yuan.
By highlighting the important time nodes such as New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Lantern Festival and 2022 Winter Olympics, the festival covers six key elements (food, accommodation, transport, tourism, shopping and entertainment) as well as eight crucial industries (automobile, supermarket, home appliance, e-commerce, alcohol, catering, sports and cultural tourism). It is hoped that through this event, Huai'an people's consumption enthusiasm will be ignited and Huai'an's consumption market will be boosted. At the municipal level, it focuses on the more than 10 major activities, including the promotion of "100 Gourmet Food Stores", the "2022 Spring Festival Goods Rally", the "Good Life" home appliance festival, the auto consumption festival, the "Spring Festival Goods Rally for People's Livelihood", the "Huai'an Taste" brand agricultural products exhibition and sale, the sports consumption festival, etc. Each county and district will combine their local industrial characteristics, history and culture, consumption habits, to achieve the deep integration of different consumption sectors, and to form a number of iconic activity brands that meet diversified consumption needs.
