自2022年1月1日起,苏州地铁50次/100次计次票、实体旅游票的“7天无理由退票”将升级为“15天无理由退票”。
Passengers who purchase 50/100-ride passes or physical tourism passes of Suzhou Rail Transit can refund them within 15 days, previously seven days, without giving reason starting January 1, 2022.
Refund Policy
Those who purchase physical 50/100-ride passes and tourism passescan refund them at the service center of any station within 15 days of purchase (including the purchase day) provided that (1) there is no usage record, (2) the number on the pass is intact, and (3) the pass has no physical damage (punched, corners cut, snapped, bent, scratched, etc.).
Those who purchase digital 50/100-ride passesand have yet to use them can apply for refund via Su-e-Xing mobile app within 15 days of purchase (including the purchase day), or ask its customer service for more information. According to Suzhou Rail Transit, those who meet the refund requirements but have purchased the pass for more than seven days need to call customer service of Su-e-Xing (400-826-0808) to apply for refund. Those who have purchased the pass for less than seven days can apply for refund via the mobile app.
Those who purchase single tickets can refund them at any station on the purchase day so long as the tickets are unused. Those who cancel their trips within 10 minutes after entering the station can apply for free upgrade or refund at the service center before exiting the station.
