More migratory birds have flown to Jiangsu province to overspend the winter due to the improved ecological environment in various parts of the province.
At around 5 in the morning, in the Taihu Lakeside National Wetland Park, the chirping of various birds and the beating of water waves were heard from time to time.

Since October, a large number of migratory birds have flown to the Taihu wetland almost every day.
So far, 11 orders, 37 families, and 153 species of wild birds have been monitored, 16 species of national second-level protected birds with 93 species belonging to major protected wild animals in Suzhou.

The Qinhu Lake of Taizhou has ushered in the best bird-viewing season. Since September, with the arrival of the first batch of the gray-headed wheat chicken, 100,000 winter migratory birds flew to the lake in the past three months. Spot-billed ducks and night herons are the largest in number, hitting somewhere between 5,000 and 6,000.There are also green-winged ducks, mallards, herons, egrets, coots, and a variety of small passerine birds.

Gehu Lake of Changzhou also saw a large numbers of egrets recently. Against the backdrop of the lake, the egrets were seen playing with each other, spreading their wings and diving into the water for food.
