The final of the second Jiangsu Enterprise R&D Institution Innovation Competition came to a close in Suzhou on Thursday.
The competition aims to continuously stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprise R&D institutions and new-type R&D institutions, and build a platform for R&D institutions to exchange experience and share ecology. Launched in April, the competition lasted for 7 months. 20 outstanding corporate R&D institutions entered the finals. Jiangsu Hengtong Industrial Control Safety Research Institute and Jiangsu Simcere Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. won the first prize in the final. At present, Jiangsu has established more than 160 national-level enterprise R&D institutions and more than 6,700 provincial-level enterprise R&D institutions. More than 400 new R&D institutions have been included in the statistics.
