East China’s Jiangsu province has introduced new talent policies to stimulate entrepreneurial and innovative vitality to help boost the province’s high quality development.

The province’s first industry-talent integration innovation center was unveiled at the 11th Coastal Development Talent Summit that opened in Yancheng city on Sunday.

Yancheng invested 137 million yuan in 144 leading talent projects, leading talent representatives and talent introduction ambassadors to fund entrepreneurship funds, provide housing and grant subsidies.

Yancheng also promoted the "Yellow Sea Pearl Talent Program", giving high-level talents a comprehensive subsidy of up to 100 million yuan for entrepreneurial projects.

"Yancheng City has approved our application for the Yellow Sea Pearl Talent Program which will enable me to serve the society and the automobile industry with the results of my scientific research and realize my dream of many years."said by XueHaitao, Associate Professor, Hebei University of Technology.

Taixing District of Taizhou has provided up to 50 million yuan to fund the development of top talent investment in technology. Jurong City has provided preferential policies for renting and buying houses for university graduates. Yunlong District of Xuzhou has provided free accommodation and employment guides for young entrepreneurs.

In order to promote the efficient exchange of talents, the Yangtze River Delta Eco and Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone has taken advantage of its regional advantages to make innovative exploration in terms of institutional mechanisms.

For example, job seekers only need to log in to the digital recruitment service platform to find the employment information posted by companies in Wujiang, Qingpu, and Jiashan.

"We can directly appoint professionals to work in any unit in the Yangtze River Delta. In the next step, the three regions will explore the establishment of a joint review model within the Yangtze River Delta."said by Yong Hong, Chief of Talent Development Section, Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Wujiang District, Suzhou.
