The Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference went on an inspection tour on rural revitalization in Guangyun County Tuesday and Wednesday to provide services in culture, medical care, technology, education, and law. The inspection tour is headed by Huang Lixin, chairwoman of the CPPCC Provincial Committee.
When visiting the new rural community of Wafang Village in Lianyungang, Huang Lixin spoke highly of the effectiveness of rural housing improvement and emphasized the need for farmers to live in "good houses" and lead "good lives".
When inspecting the shallow water lotus root base of Ziyan Foods, Huang Lixin gave positive comments on the development of industrial integration and encouraged the company to continuously improve its industrial efficiency and promote the revitalization of rural industries.
During a visit to the Keqi E-commerce Streamlining Industrial Park, Huang Lixin praised the development of rural e-commerce, hoping to extend the cross-border e-commerce industry chain and help farmers to get rich through income growth.
Members of the CPPCC Provincial Committee donated books in culture, medical care, technology, education, and law to the rural people.
The provision of services in culture, medical care, technology, education, and law to the grassroots people is one of the projects launched by the CPC in its party history study and education campaign, Huang Lixin said.
She demanded further efforts to study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at a ceremony on July 1st marking the CPC’s centenary and follow the central tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government so as to continue to improve people’s livelihood and contribute to the new chapter of socialist modernization.
