8月6日,南京市人民政府新闻办公室召开第十七场南京新冠肺炎疫情防控新闻发布会,就疫情情况及防控动态进行相关发布。
The 17th Covid Prevention and Control press conference was held by the Nanjing Municipal People’s Government Friday morning to provide updates on this Covid outbreak.
鼓楼区中央门街道工人新村小区由中风险地区调整为低风险地区,其他地区风险等级不变。调整后南京市高风险地区1个,中风险地区28个。
Nanjing has downgraded Gongrenxincun Community, Zhongyangmen Street, Gulou District from medium-risk to low-risk area. Other areas remain the same, with one high-risk and 28 medium-risk.
南京重点场所环境消毒情况
Disinfection measures taken in key areas in Nanjing
目前,南京正在有步骤、有重点地开展消毒工作,开展的范围主要是集中隔离人员返家前家庭环境及相关场所。
Nanjing is currently taking disinfection measures step by step, focusing on the household environment and related places of the quarantined people before they return home.
南京市疾控中心消毒与病媒生物防制科主任医师张守刚介绍开展重点场所环境消毒情况
一是重点对象,主要包括:1.病例和无症状感染者居住、活动过的场所;2.环境采样呈阳性的居民家庭住所;3.新冠病例密切接触者家庭住所;4.新冠阳性同单元居民家庭住所。这些场所展开终末消毒,所谓终末消毒,就是对传染源离开所在场所(称为疫点、疫源地)后,进行彻底的消毒,完全消灭残留在这些场所、物体上的存活的病原体,使疫点无害化,确保没有致病性微生物。终末消毒进行得越及时、越彻底,防疫效果就越好。
The key targets of ultimate disinfection include: 1. Places where diagnosed cases and asymptomatic carriers stayed; 2. Residences with environmental samples tested positive; 3. Housings of close contacts of confirmed cases; 4. Rooms in the same unit with the residence of cases tested positive. The so-called ultimate disinfection is to eliminate the harmful pathogens alive on surrounding objects after infection source leaves its place (called the infection point). The more timely and thorough the final disinfection, the better the epidemic prevention effect.
第二是重点区域,主要是中高风险地区人员聚集的场所,如棋牌室,人员频繁接触的公共用品和公共设施是消毒的关键点位;以及污染较重,或相对复杂的地方,如垃圾堆,采用喷洒浸透的方式进行消毒。
The second important sites are mainly gathering places in high-risk areas, such as bridge rooms, in which public facilities frequently touched by people are prioritized; and areas heavily exposed and polluted, like rubbish dumps, shall be disinfected by spraying and immersion.
本次疫情以来,南京已累计消毒1467万平方米。
Since the outbreak, Nanjing has implemented disinfection measures over a total of 14.67 million square meters.

Ensuring the safety of food orders online
南京市市场监管局副局长姚传伟就如何加强网络订餐安全问题进行解答
疫情期间,平台提供者负责加强送餐环节管理,做好送餐人员每日的岗前健康检查,对骑手全面进行测温、查码、核酸检测,非绿码人员取消送餐资格,立即采取隔离措施,并通报所在社区;配备必要的口罩、酒精湿巾等防护用具;餐箱等送餐器具每日使用酒精等不影响食品安全的消杀用品消毒三次以上,确保配送安全。
During the Covid outbreak, the online ordering platforms are responsible for tightening the control of food delivery services. Delivery staff must go through daily health check-ups, which include temperature measurement, health code examination, and nucleic acid test. Delivery riders with non-green health codes will not be qualified to deliver meals and will be quarantined with the guidance of their communities. The platforms must also provide protective equipment like masks and alcohol wipes. To ensure the safety of deliveries, equipment like food cases should be disinfected over three times a day with alcohol and other disinfectants that don’t affect food safety.
