新冠肺炎患者什么时候可以出院？出院以后是否可以直接回家？还需要注意哪些问题？8月4日上午，南京举行第十五场新冠肺炎疫情防控新闻发布会。南京市卫健委副主任杨大锁解答记者提问。
When will COVID-19 patients be discharged? Can they go straight home from the hospital? What else should be paid special attention to? Yang Dasuo, deputy director of the Nanjing Health Commission, answered some of these questions in a press conference Wednesday morning.
杨大锁介绍，目前所有病例都在南京第二医院汤山院区治疗，治疗完了以后，符合出院的情况，要到指定定点医疗机构进行康复隔离，康复隔离时间为14天。
According to Yang, all COVID-19 patients are being treated at the Second Hospital of Nanjing, Tangshan Branch. When they are cured and can be discharged, they will check into the recovery institutions for quarantine in the following 14 days.
这14天在康复隔离医院里做一些基本康复的治疗、心理干预，另外如果他有一些基础疾病的话，还可以做一些对应的治疗。在14天里，符合可以回家的标准，需要核酸检测都是阴性。
These institutions provide basic recovery therapy, psychotherapy, and treatments for other underlying diseases patients might have. After 14 days at the recovery institution, patients may go home if they are well enough and tested negative for the nucleic acid tests.
回家以后，其实还是要进行居家健康监测，时间也是14天。这14天里是不能外出的，如果你要外出的话，必须要向社区报告，社区同意了你才能出去。
Once the patients return home, their health condition will be assessed under a 14-day monitoring. They are not allowed to leave home during the 14 days unless permitted by their communities.
就算你出去也要遵循四不原则：第一，就是我们经常讲的，不要去参加一些组织活动或者是线下授课的活动；第二，不要参加集体聚集性的活动；第三，不要到密闭的一些场所，像网吧、电影院这些场所，是不能去的；第四个，还不要参加聚餐，包括婚宴。另外出去还要戴好口罩，保持1米线，这些都是必备的一些要求。

In short, the “14 + 14” strategy demands that patients spend 14 days in the medical institutions after leaving the hospital, and another 14 days at home under health monitoring.
