在做核酸检测时，这些事项要格外注意。
Before you go to take nucleic acid test, here’s what you need to remember.
核酸检测前2小时尽量避免进食，以免引起呕吐。采样前30分钟不应大量饮水、吸烟、喝酒、咀嚼口香糖，以免影响测试结果。
Try to avoid eating 2 hours before taking the tests in order to prevent vomiting. And do not drink too much water or any alcohol, smoke or chew gum 30 minutes before sampling because these behaviors may affect the test results.
为减低交叉感染风险，所有检测者必须佩戴口罩，排队时保持1米以上的安全距离。
Masks must be worn throughout the entire process, and a social distance of at least one meter must be maintained to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
私人物品不要接触检测台或者医护人员，因为检测时容易有呕吐或者喷溅。
Keep your personal belongings away from the test table and medical staff because they might be contaminated by other testers’ vomits or droplets.
夏季天气炎热，排队检测时需准备防晒用品，及时补充水、盐分和矿物质。
