A Reminder to Citizens to Cooperate with COVID-19 Prevention and Control Department and Conduct Personal Health Monitoring

Dear citizens,
根据省、市疫情防控工作要求，7月10日以来有南京禄口国际机场经停史（含出发、返回、经停、进站接送等）的人员，应主动配合做好健康监测和管理。现提醒如下：
According to provincial and municipal requirements of prevention and control of COVID-19, any person who made a stopover (including departure, arrival, stopover, picking someone up and seeing someone off in the airport) in Lukou Airport since July 10 should actively conduct personal health monitoring and observe related regulations. We now remind you to observe the following regulations.
1. 如您有7月10日以来机场经停史，请立即向居住地所在社区主动报告登记，并对自身风险程度作好自我评估，落实集中隔离、居家观察、三次核酸检测等相应管控措施。
1. If you have made a stopover in Lukou Airport since July 10, please immediately report to the community where you live and do relevant registration. You should also make self-assessment on your risk of infection. Control measures including quarantine in designated places, home-based medical observation, and three nucleic acid tests should be observed accordingly.
2. 如您24小时内尚未接受过核酸检测，请到所在区指定检测点进行核酸检测（需做三次核酸，第一次与第二次间隔24小时，第三次在第六天进行），前往时请不要乘坐公共交通工具、全程规范佩戴口罩、与他人保持一米安全距离。
2. If you haven’t received a nucleic acid test within 24 hours, please take the test in designated testing points in your district. (You need to take three nucleic acid tests: the second one should be taken 24 hours after the first one and the third one should be taken 5 days after the first one.) You should avoid taking public transportation when you go to the designated testing points. Also, throughout your trip to the testing points, you should wear masks in a correct way and keep a safe distance of at least one meter from others.
3. 应重视加强自我健康观察，如果发现体温异常或其他症状应立即如实报告，并在社区医务人员陪同并做好防护的情况下就近就诊。
3. Attention should be paid to strengthening self-health observation. If you have abnormal body temperature or other symptoms, report immediately and truthfully, and seek medical treatment in the nearest hospital with proper protection in the company of medical staff in the community.
4. 如您对大数据排查出的经停史有疑问，请电话联系12345。我们将认真记录，并协调相关方面予以复核。如您遇到特殊困难，请拨打下方联系电话，我们可安排上门服务。
4. If you have any questions concerning your stopover history identified by big data, please call 12345. We will carefully record and coordinate relevant departments for double-checking. In case of special difficulties, please call the corresponding contact number below, we can arrange on-site service.
友情提醒：疫情当前，如果您违反相关疫情防控规定，造成疫情传播的，将承担相应的法律责任。
Friendly reminder: Facing the current epidemic, anyone who violates relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations and therefore leads to the spread of the epidemic shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
