The media briefing of the 10th China Suzhou Creative & Design Cultural Industry Expo was convened yesterday, announcing the Expo will take place in Suzhou International Expo Centre from August 27 to 29, 2021.
As a platform designed to promote the high-quality development of cultural industry, China Suzhou Creative & Design Cultural Industry Expo has already been held nine times. Here are some spoilers on the expo this year.
Three Exhibition Areas
Creative & Design
Professional designers from home and abroad will be invited to host various independent exhibitions to further carry out the integrated development of creative design and relevant industries.
Trend & Future
This area will showcase the industrial layout and achievements in Suzhou as the city is making great efforts to develop digital cultural industry.
Culture & Tourism
Themed on deepening “the integration of culture and tourism” and “the integration of city and tourism”, and building a “Grand Canal Culture Zone”, this area will exhibit new industries, business forms and models energized by “the integration of culture and tourism”.
One Grand Prize
As a sub-brand of the Expo, New Crafts Movement Prize will be given during the event. In addition, an array of supporting activities will be held to expand the influence of Jiangnan Culture brand and New Crafts Movement brand, improve the creative and innovative environment in Suzhou, attract more talented people, and facilitate the rapid development of Suzhou’s cultural industry.
Four Events
Relevant events will also be organized during the Expo, including International New Crafts Movement Forum 2021, Yangtze River Delta Creative Design Talent Development Forum 2021, Yangtze River Delta Digital Culture and Tourism Communication Forum 2021, and the promotion and matchmaking event for cultural and tourism projects.
