The award-giving ceremony for the 7th "Purple Gold Award" Cultural Creative Design Competition Award was held Sunday morning in Nanjing International Exposition Center.
The organizing committee received 19,793 creative works from all over the country. Among the awardees were 11 gold awards, 34 silver awards, 65 bronze awards, 327 outstanding awards and 47 college student entrepreneurship and innovation awards.
The categories of healthy living and anti-epidemic medical rescue design were included in the competition for the first time. The competition also included an industrial design competition for the first time in a bid to further promote the high-quality development of industrial design in Jiangsu and promote the integration of design and manufacturing.
An exhibition on the award-winning designs went underway on Sunday and will last till June 10.
