Secondly, focusing on the central part while expanding the breadth of cooperation and exchange with friendship cities, Huai'an has ensured important visits, served major events, deepened external exchanges, promoted international cooperation on major projects, enhanced the quality and depth of cooperation, etc. Thirdly, the characteristic brand of people-to-people exchange has been built in Huai'an. The city has vigorously promoted Huai'an business cards, shared Huai'an stories and showcased Huai'an culture, so as to continuously intensify its external visibility and influence.
