The 4th National Young Entrepreneurs Summit was held in Nanjing. Wu Zhenglong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Jiangsu, spoke at the opening ceremony. Xu Lejiang, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Executive Vice Chairman, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
Wu Zhenglong said that this year China will celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and embark on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
Noting that Jiangsu is implementing the principles of understanding the new development stage, acting on the new development philosophy and accelerating the establishment of the new development paradigm, Wu Zhenglong said Jiangsu will adhere to the Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era, accelerate the construction of an industrial technology innovation center with global influence, an advanced manufacturing base with international competitiveness, and an open hub with global cohesion, and strives to promote high-quality development.
He hoped that young entrepreneurs will keep in mind the General Secretary’s instructions, draw inexhaustible strength from the 100-year history of the Communist Party of China, and learn from Zhang Jian and other forefathers as models and examples to vigorously promote the entrepreneurial spirit of the new era, be brave to make innovation, climb new heights and write a youthful chapter on the new journey of the times.
The Governor of Jiangsu hoped that all the entrepreneurs present at the meeting will increase their understanding of Jiangsu and expand investment in Jiangsu, adding that Jiangsu will take this summit as an opportunity to give full play to the role of the government and effective market, actively create a first-class business environment, provide more fertile soil for the development of various enterprises, and provide more sun and rain for the growth of young entrepreneurs.
He urged the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce to continue to pay attention to the development of Jiangsu and help Jiangsu to take new strides in high-quality development.
Xu Lejiang pointed out that this summit coincides with China’s celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, which is conducive to promoting the younger generation to better grasp the new development stage, practice the new development concept, integrate into the new development pattern, learn and inherit the outstanding entrepreneurial spirit of the older generation, and go all out to ensure a good start in the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
He hoped that young entrepreneurs will keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions, improve their capacity for innovation and development, and run first-class enterprises in the service of building a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development.
