The COVID-19 inoculation online booking system was launched recently across Jiangsu. you can register in advance, make an appointment for vaccination on the time and place, and make the waiting time shorter.

How to book online? Follow the steps.
首先，微信里扫一扫下图二维码，关注公众号“育苗通”
First, scan the QR code and follow the WeChat account “Yumiaotong”
初次使用公众号，需要先完成注册，微信界面——预防接种，任一菜单都提示如图注册即可。
If you just begin to follow this WeChat account, you have to register first. See the button with the four Chinese characters highlighted below? It means “vaccination”. Click it and register.
在公众号界面，点击【预防接种】——【成人预约（新冠）】，选择“1自助建档”输入相应信息后点击完成。
On the interface of the WeChat account, click [vaccination] - [adult appointment (COVID-19)], select "1 file set-up" and fill in your information and click to complete.
去门诊单位可以出示此二维码，可快速建档
Show this QR code when you go to the outpatient unit and set up your file quickly.
已在门诊单位建档，可直接选择“2绑定正式档案”就可以
If you already have a file set up in the outpatient unit, you could directly choose “2 Connect Your File to this Number”.
在成人档案列表中选择需要预约的档案，选择“我要预约”——“确认预约”就完成了，去接种单位出示预约的二维码扫码即可。
In the adult files list, select the files that need to be booked, select "I want to make an appointment" - "confirm the appointment", and then go to the vaccination unit and show the appointment QR code.
按照以上步骤预约即可
Follow the steps one by one to finish the booking process.
最后提醒，接种时须戴口罩、量体温、出示健康码、带好身份证，并如实地向医务人员告知个人的身体健康状况，有无基础性疾病，目前是否怀孕，是否正处于疾病的发病期，有无过敏史等。接种时还须认真阅读告知书，签署知情同意书。医护人员将按“三查七对一验证”程序和要求规范接种。
Last but not least, when you go out to take the vaccination, do wear a mask, have your temperature measured, show your health code, and take your ID card. Don’t forget to let the medical personnel know your exact health status, whether you have underlying diseases, whether you’re pregnant, whether you’re at the onset of a disease and whether you’re allergic. Read the notice carefully before you sign the informed consent. The medical staff will give you the shot strictly according to the procedures and requirements.
接种后要留观30分钟。接种回家后应多休息，多饮水，保持注射部位干净卫生，不挤压按摩。
You have to remain for observation for 30 minutes. When you return home, make sure to rest well, drink water, keep the injection spot clean and do not rub or even squeeze.
