A tourism consumption promotion campaign called “Water Jiangsu · You’ll Make It More Beautiful” will be launched at the end of March to further stimulate the province's cultural tourism consumer potential.
The promotional activities of this season are slated to welcome visitors from March 27 to July 31 in Yancheng Dafeng Holland Flowers Scenic Area. It is the longest tourism promotion activity in Jiangsu and the first exploration and attempt of innovative tourism promotion in Jiangsu after the integration of culture and tourism. During the four-month promotion period, a series of cultural and tourism-themed activities, tourism consumer experiences, and cultural tourism products will be presented to visitors.
Li Chuan, deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, said that they plan to launch 12 Red Tourism routes to let visitors fully experience the deep foundation of the red culture in Jiangsu and feel the gratifying achievements made in rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction in the new era.
As one of the co-organizers of this event, JSBC will bring into full play the advantages of communication platform and resources, vigorously promote and display the new highlights and new formats of cultural tourism in Jiangsu, and strive to initiate a selection activity of "Water Jiangsu · Popular Landmark." In addition, during the promotion season, travel coupons will be available to consumers to further stimulate cultural tourism consumption and help accelerate the recovery of the provincial cultural tourism market.
