Since this year, Huai'an has focused on agricultural industry projects to promote the high-quality development of its modern agriculture.
First, the city relies on its center location advantages of the Yangtze River Delta, and actively plans the construction of agricultural industry projects with special characteristics. As of the end of February, there are 82 "Three Special" industrial projects with a total investment of more than 30 million yuan, accounting for 63% of the total, continuing to play the advantages of their ecological resource endowment, and 9 special ecological leisure projects.
Second, the city focuses the shortcomings of its agricultural industry, promotes the agricultural industry chain to further strengthen, accelerates the pace from a large to a strong agricultural city. By the end of February, there have been 24 primary processing projects for agricultural products and 34 deep processing projects with the investment of more than 30 million yuan. Huai'an modern technology as well as 11 projects relating to the integration of three industries are advanced.
Third, Huai'an increases the analysis and cultivation of the settled projects and local projects. The city's 130 major projects with a total investment of more than 30 million yuan, 58 local enterprise investment projects, account for 45% of the total. It actively promotes agricultural leading enterprises to study the work of listing, standardizing their governance and enhancing their strength.
