As the Chinese New Year holiday comes to a closure, Jiangsu Province has been striving to advance major projects in a bid to finish construction and start operation as soon as possible.
Recently, a production line project of high-end functional PET film has been launched at Jiangsu Yuxing Film Technology as a provincial level key project. With an investment of 500 million yuan, the project is expected to produce 500 million square meters of PET film per year, creating an annual income of 1.065 billion yuan and a profit of 200 million yuan. As the most demanding field of film manufacturing, PET base optical film is mainly used for LCD displays and polarizers, and is one of the key materials that determines the performance of polarizers. Lagging behind in related industrial technology, China had to rely on imported materials in the past.
As an important vehicle for a regional financial service core, Xuzhou Financial Cluster has been accelerating its construction since the beginning. Currently Phase 1 has been moving forward smoothly, with the main construction of project A9 topped off, and its interior decoration has been started. The crew stayed at the site during the Chinese New Year holiday to ensure the timetable is followed.
According to the plan, the whole cluster will cover an area of 2 square kilometers with a building area of 3.85 million square meters. Over 150 financial institutions and enterprise headquarters will move in after Phase 1 is completed. In the future, this area is expected to become the cluster with the most diversified and integrated financial system in Huaihai Economic Zone.
