Three persons in Wujiang District made the list, i.e. Cui Genliang, chairman of the board of directors of Hengtong Group, Yu Yunchang, chief engineer of Wujiang Transformer Co., Ltd., and Xue Fagen, principal of Wujiang Shengze Experimental Primary School Education Group. Wujiang ranked first in Suzhou in the number of people selected, setting a record high.
The selection of persons enjoying special government allowances is carried out biennially. Those selected will be awarded honorary titles by the State Council and receive one-time rewards. So far, a total of 29 people in Wujiang District have enjoyed special government allowances.
