Eight Huai'an industrial technology collaborative innovation alliances have carried out joint research on key technical problems in the innovation chains, in the fields of special steel & equipment manufacturing, new materials for salinization, food, electronic information technology, high-quality rice, large-scale livestock and poultry, biotechnology & new medicine and new energy vehicles. Industry-university-research activities have been organized, and the transfer and transformation of S&T achievements has also been launched with fruitful results.
In 2020, Huai'an Industrial Technology Collaborative Innovation Alliance carried out a total of 43 industry-university-research activities, collected 73 demands from enterprises, solved 52 technical problems and transformed 38 achievements with a cumulative amount of 17,265,800 yuan. 49 cooperation projects of 4,432,600 yuan were carried out in the city, 83 patents were applied for, as well as 36 S&T plan projects were organized, recommended and undertaken.
