East China’s Jiangsu province unveiled its film group and signed a cultural industry project Monday in Nanjing.
Jiangsu Film Group Co., Ltd. will be engaged in the entire industry chain of film production and distribution, theater construction management, urban and rural film screening, film project investment, copyright development, and film extension industry. At the unveiling ceremony, the Provincial Department of Finance issued the first batch of provincial-level financial film interest subsidy coupons to representatives of film companies. This year, the Provincial Film Bureau, together with the Provincial Department of Finance, set up a 10-million-yuan provincial film special interest subsidy fund, which is the first province in China to provide financial discounts to film companies.
