The Yancheng-Nantong high-speed railway is scheduled for opening at the end of this month. Jiangsu has so far completed the railway construction tasks for the "13th Five-Year" by building the main frame of the "three vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway network.
As a high-speed railway hub, Yancheng Station is not only an important station on the Yancheng-Nantong high-speed railway line, but also an important hub for the intersection of Qingdao-Yancheng Railway and Xuzhou-Suqian-Huai'an-Yancheng Railway.

More than 2,000 workers are working day and night to make the final sprint for the opening of the Yancheng high-speed rail hub at the end of the month.
The Yancheng-Nantong high-speed railway will connect Qingdao-Yancheng railway in the north, Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong railway in the south and intersect Xuzhou-Suqian-Huai'an-Yancheng and Nanjing-Qidong railway.
It will completely open up the main coastal railway artery that runs through Jiangsu's north and south, so that Jiangsu’s high-speed railway will truly realize a closed loop network.
