Fans of “Go Jiangsu” gathered on Monday and set off for a two-day trip in Xinghua, a county-level city of Taizhou located in the north end of the Yangtze River Delta region, with the theme of “A Glimpse of Moderate Prosperity in Xinghua”.
Ten foreign friends from the United States, the UK, Australia, Bangladesh and other countries experienced the local ecology and moderate prosperity lives in the two-day trip.
The first stop of this trip was Dongluo Village, one of the first characteristic pastoral villages in Jiangsu. Walking along the lake, foreigners enjoyed the typical construction and interacted with local villagers.

Watching the natural landscape of “water in the forest, fish in the water and birds in the forest with crisscrossing waterways”, the foreign fans also visited Lizhong Aquatic Forest Park, the largest artificial wetland forest ecosystem in the Lixia River valley.

From April 2018, the Information Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and China Daily have invited more than 80 overseas followers of Facebook and Twitter account "Jiangsu, China" to visit different parts of Jiangsu, and experience a variety of cultural activities. So far, 12 "Go Jiangsu" trips have been held and still many more to come.
