The Belt and Road Chinese Entrepreneurs Conference was held in Nanjing Wednesday morning. Yang Yue, member of the Standing Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Yang Yue said that General Secretary Xi Jinping's clear positioning of Jiangsu as the junction of the Belt and Road initiative is the biggest opportunity for Jiangsu to seek further opening-up and development in the new era.
Noting that the Chinese businesspersons are important participants and active contributors to the construction of the “Belt and Road”, Yang Yue hoped that Chinese businesspersons will be the new force and become the rainbow bridge in the construction of the "Belt and Road" junction.
