In a written message, Lou Qinjian called for the high-level talents to promote the vivid practice of carrying forward the spirit of scientists and entrepreneurs, and play an important role in strengthening political leadership and political absorption.
Party committees and governments at all levels in the province should take this work as a long-term persistent political task, unite more outstanding talents around the party, and gather powerful forces to promote high-quality development and accelerate the construction of a new Jiangsu, said Lou.
