2020年9月25日，金鹰美术馆于南京市建邺区金鹰世界大厦52层中央展厅举办开幕仪式,首次呈现了两大预热展览项目--“全景：世界的因缘际会”以及“对流with/against the flow”。

Golden Eagle Museum of Art, or G Museum, held its opening ceremony in Jianye District, Nanjing on Friday. Two exhibitions, Panoramas and with/against the flow, also met the public that day.

开幕式现场，金鹰美术馆馆长卞卡发表致辞：“金鹰美术馆是一项位于南京城两百米上空的艺术文化项目，我期待美术馆能通过呈现更丰富的内容，来辐射到更大的范围。”
"G Museum is an art and culture project that is located 200 meters above the city of Nanjing," Bian Ka, curator of G Museum said at the opening ceremony. "I hope the museum can radiate to a greater range by presenting more exhibitions."

据记者在开幕式上了解，金鹰美术馆于9月26日开始正式对公众预热运营，并在11月11日起正式全馆开放。金鹰美术馆携手“全景：世界的因缘际会”以及“对流with/against the flow”两个展览，共同开启南京当代艺术的新可能性。
G Museum will start its trial operation to the public from September 26. It is scheduled to be fully opened on November 11. Two exhibitions, "Panoramas: Serendipitous Encounters of Worlds" and "With/Against the Flow", will be opened to the public to search for the new possibilities of contemporary art in Nanjing.
全景：世界的因缘际会展览现场
“全景：世界的因缘际会”展出了55件（组）来自世界各地的18位一线艺术家的大型装置和架上绘画。它们布满2400平方米的“广场”展厅，让观众置身于艺术和城市景观之间，游园式观展，体会“入世”和“涅槃”的辩证关系。
"Panoramas: Serendipitous Encounters of Worlds" exhibits 55 pieces or groups of large installations and easel paintings by 18 renowned artists from around the world. They are scattered around the 2400-square meter exhibition hall. The audience will find themselves located between the art works and urban landscape. Probably the contradiction will enlighten some ideas on the relationship between "mundane" and "nirvana".
“对流”展览现场
“对流”展览是一个巡展项目，由歌德学院（中国）和IFA德国对外文化关系学院联合发起。展览以影像和摄影的方式呈现，使得城市文化游历获取全新的养分与内容。
"With/Against the Flow" is an itinerant exhibition co-sponsored by Goethe-Institute (China) and Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (IFA). The exhibition presents video and photography of urban cultures.

歌德学院（中国）院长柯理博士表示：“之前早期就与金鹰集团有过合作，此次很开心见证了金鹰美术馆在200米的高空中开幕，并与歌德学院共同策展‘对流 with/against the flow 巡展’。”

据悉，金鹰美术馆从规划之初直到正式落成，已近十年。未来，金鹰美术馆还将在二期空间中推出儿童主题美术馆、小剧场、设计与新媒体展馆，以多样化的艺术业态为公众提供更加丰富的艺术生活方式。
G Museum has been planned for nearly 10 years. In the future, it will build a children’s gallery and present more spaces for different art forms, including a theater and a design and new media exhibition hall to provide the public with richer artistic choices. The museum is located at the 52nd floor of Golden Eagle·WORLD in Jianye District, Nanjing.
