Farm produce from northwest China’s Shaanxi province and southwest China’s Guizhou Province gained widespread popularity in east China’s Jiangsu province when they were exhibited at the provincial congress center on Sunday.
Among the farm produce were apple from Shaanxi and black fungus from Guizhou. These farm produce were made available from the pairing-up poverty alleviation support between Jiangsu and the two underdeveloped provinces.
The burdock from Fengxian County and radix cynanchi bungei from Binhai also stole the limelight at the exhibition. Fengxian and Binhai are two underdeveloped provinces in north Jiangsu.
The exhibits, which comes in more than 500 kinds, are of high quality and competitive price under the premise of ensuring the income of the farmers in the areas under the pairing-up poverty alleviation support.
Livestreaming activities at the exhibition were the most eye-catching as agricultural entrepreneurs and heads of farming cooperatives promoted the farm produce on the site.
28 SOEs under the supervision of the provincial stated-owned assets administration will sign production and sales agreement with the counties in the areas under the pairing-up poverty alleviation support to ensure that the farmers there can maintain income growth by giving full play to their advantages in farm produces on a broader market.
