Between 00:00 and 24:00, March 21, two confirmed imported cases of COVID-19 were reported in Jiangsu, one in Suzhou (imported from Thailand) and the other in Suqian (imported from the UK). Two imported cases have been reported so far accumulatively.
Case 1 is a native of Suzhou who went to Thailand for training. The patient left Phuket and entered Shanghai on March 12 before taking a friend’s private car to home for quarantine. On March 18, the patient was transferred to hospital in an ambulance after symptoms occurred. On March 21, the patient was diagnosed with COVID-19 as a moderate case.
Case 2 is a native of Suqian studying abroad in the UK. On March 18, the patient left London and entered Guangzhou via Singapore. On March 20, the patient flew to Nanjing Lukou International Airport from Guangzhou. The patient was sent by the Suqian Working Group to a designated quarantine site in Suqian upon customs clearance. On March 21, the patient was transferred to hospital in an ambulance after symptoms occurred and diagnosed with COVID-19 as a moderate case.
Between 00:00 and 24:00 March 21, no new confirmed local case was reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00, March 21, 631 local cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively, and 631 cases have been discharged from hospital in cumulative terms.
Of the traced 12,676 close contacts, 28 are still under medical quarantine and 12,648 have been released. Among others, all traced close contacts of imported cases have been put under centralized quarantine.
Experts note that at the current new stage of pandemic control, it is necessary to take prevention of imported cases as the top priority and advance prevention in a coordinated manner. Concrete measures for targeted control should be adopted while promoting full resumption of normal order of production and life.
To further minimize the risk of importing cases, all Jiangsu-bound travelers should comply with relevant regulations, fulfill their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories, and make health declaration via “Jiangsu Health Code”. All those who have travelled to or lived in “key countries under surveillance” coming to Jiangsu should follow the regulations released via notices by the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government. Those who visited or returned to Jiangsu from abroad should seek treatment at designated fever clinics at soon as possible, if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks.
Everybody bears the primary responsibility for their own health. The public is advised to keep precautions in place; develop good hygiene habits including washing hands and ventilating homes and offices frequently; and follow proper cough etiquette. The whole society should be involved in the national campaign for sanitation while the public should increase their awareness of science-based pandemic control and develop a healthy lifestyle.
Different population groups should follow the precautionary recommendations and tips included in the Guidelines on the Proper Use of Masks by the Public, and wear a mask in the right way at different sites and under various circumstances. This will both protect themselves and benefit public health.

2020年3月21日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19) 海外からの流入新規患者数が2人で、そのうち、蘇州市が1人(タイから入国)、宿遷市が1人(イギリスから入国)という。
症例1、蘇州市在住、タイで研修を受けていた。3月12日タイのプーケット島を出発、上海に到着後、友人の車で蘇州市にある自宅まで移動し、自宅隔離観察を始めた。18日に症状が現れ、120救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、検査を受けていた。21日に蘇州市の確定症例(一般症例)だと診断された。
症例2、宿遷市在住、イギリスに留学中、3月18日にイギリスのロンドンを出発、シンガポールを経て、中国広州で入国、20日に南京禄口空港に到着後、直ちに宿遷市政府より宿遷市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、集中隔離観察を行い、21日に症状が現れ、120救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、検査を受けた。21日に宿遷市の確定症例(一般症例)だと診断された。
3月21日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省内で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19)新規患者数がゼロであるという。3月21日24時までの時点で、江蘇省では新型コロナウイルス肺炎の患者数は計631人と確認され、完治退院した人が631人であるという。
これまで江蘇省では12676人の濃厚接触者が確認されたうち、12648人が健康観察から解除された一方、28人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。追跡判明されたそれぞれの濃厚接触者はいずれも集中隔離観察が実施されている。
専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである。現在、疫病の予防・抑制は新たな段階に入り、海外からの流入症例を抑制することは最優先事項となり、疫病予防・抑制に対する措置を強化し、各方面での予防・抑制活動をしっかり実行し、日常な生活・生産環境を全面的に回復するように努める。
海外からの流入症例を抑制するため、江蘇省への渡航者は自主的に疫病予防と抑制の関連規制を厳守し、健康状況や旅行歴などの関連情報を如実に報告してください。「蘇康コード」などのプラットフォームに登録して健康状況を申告してください。感染状況の厳しい重点国での旅行歴・滞在歴がある入国者は江蘇省人民政府外事弁公室の関連規制を厳守してください。江蘇省への渡航者は発熱・空咳など症状が出た場合、直ちに指定発熱外来医療機関へ受診してくださる上、自主的に前の2週間内のスケジュールを報告してください。
ご自身は自己保護の第一責任者である。引き続き普段からの個人的な予防対策が求められる。常に感染予防意識で良好な衛生習慣に心がけること。具体的には、マスクの着用、こまめな手洗い、日常の換気、咳エチケット等。全民から積極的に衛生面の活動に取り組み、科学的な感染予防・抑制意識を高め、健康な生活のスタイルを作ろう。

3월21일 0-24시 기준으로 장쑤성에 외국에서 유입한 코로나19 환자 2명이 추가되었다. 그 중 쑤저우시 1명(태국에서 유입), 쑤쳰시 1명(영국에서 유입), 누적 외국에서 유입환자 2명을 보고했다.
1번 환자: 현재 쑤저우시(蘇州市)에 거주하고 전에 태국에서 연수를 받았다. 3월12일 푸껫을 떠나 상하이에 입국한 후 친구 자가용을 타고 쑤저우시로 돌아갔다. 그 후 자가 격리하고 있었는데 18일에 증상이 나타나 120구급차로 병원으로 이송하여 격리했고 21일 확진 판정을 받았다(일반 환자).
2번 환자: 현재 쑤쳰시(宿遷市)에 거주하고 영국에서 유학했다. 3월18일 런던에서 출발하여 싱가포르를 거쳐 광저우시(廣州市)에 입국한 후 20일 광저우시에서 비행기로 난징루커우(南京祿口)공항에 도착했다. 그 후 쑤첸시실무팀은 쑤첸시 격리 장소로 보내 관찰을 받게 했다. 21일에 증상이 나타나 120구급차로 병원으로 이송하여 격리했고 당일 확진 판정을 받았다(일반 환자).
3월21일 0-24시 기준으로 장쑤성 내 신규 코로나19 확진자 없고 누적 확진자 631명, 퇴원 환자 631명을 보고했다.
현재 장쑤성에 감염자와의 밀접접촉자는 12,676명으로 파악됐다. 그 중 12,648명은 능동감시 해제됐고 28명이 현재 의학적 능동감시를 받고 있다. 현재 파악하고 있는 외국에서 유입환자와 밀접접촉자는 모두 집중 격리와 의학적 능동감시를 받고 있다.
전문가를 의하면 현재 코로나19 예방통제는 새로운 단계에 들었는데 외국 유입에 대한 예방통제 강화를 가장 중요하게 여겨야 한다. 예방 관련 업무를 총괄하며, 정밀하고 정확한 통제를 통해, 정상적인 생산 및 생활 질서의 전면적인 회복을 촉진한다.
외국에서 전염병 유입을 예방하기 위해 외국에서 장쑤성으로 진입한 모든 인원들은 관련 규정에 따라 건강신고 및 스케줄 등 정보를 보고하는 의무를 이행해야 하는데 '쑤캉마(蘇康碼)' 등 플랫폼에 등록해서 건강 상태를 신고해야 한다. 코로나19 사태 심각 국가 및 지역에 체류한 경험이 있는 모든 중•외국인들은 장쑤성인민정부 외사판공실의 관련 통고 및 규정에 따라 집행한다. 외국에서 장쑤성에 진입한 후 발열이나 기침 등 증상이 있으면 즉시 지정된 발열 클리닉으로 진료를 받으러 가고 2주 이내의 동선을 보고해야 한다.
