East China’s Jiangsu province has released its service guide for the smooth circulation and sustainable development of the economy under the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic.
The 50 service guides are released to ensure that the 50 supportive policy measures unveiled last week will be implemented in an effective way.
The service guides concern 152 specific items such as financial services, tax cut and reduction and social insurance deduction.
The fifth batch of the 50 supportive measures, for example, concerns cost reduction and efficiency improvement, tax and fee reduction, trade circulation, services for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, import and export facilitation.
The third batch in six categories includes 16 measures which concern social insurance premium reduction, labor recruitment, industry support, and transportation security.
As of March 15, 45 thousand enterprises above designated size had resumed production. 7.36 million workers have returned to their jobs, accounting for 88.3% of the workers employed in Jiangsu.
