A high-level modern oil painting exhibition from the Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Industrial and Applied Arts is being held in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province during the China-Russia Internet Media Forum.

Media communication serves as an important component of China-Russia cultural exchanges, and internet development has brought more opportunities and possibilities to media, as well as huge potential for cooperation between the two countries, said Alexey Volin, deputy minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

Russia has a profound cultural and artistic heritage and educational resources, and he hopes more Chinese people can be benefit from them with the help of the internet.
