The inaugural meeting of the Sihanoukville Chapter of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia was held Thursday in the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone(SSEZ). The SSEZ, developed under the leadership of Jiangsu’s Hodo Group, has brought in 165 enterprises from China and countries in Europe, North America and southeast Asia. It has created almost 30,000 job opportunities and become an engine for the economic development of Sihanoukville province. The establishment of the Sihanoukville Chapter will enhance the friendship and cooperation between the two sides and make more contributions to the employment of the local people and economic development of the region.
