China’s national light aircraft team recently launched a one-week training camp in Sheyang County, Yancheng, to prepare for the 2019 World Pilot Flight Championships to be held in Portugal in early September. This is the first time that China has set up the national light aircraft team. The World Pilots Flight Championship is also known as the World Light Aircraft Conference. This year, a total of 45 national teams will participate in the competition. The first ever team of China will compete in all the events with the AT-3 small aircraft produced by a company in Jianhu County. Through this competition, China is expected to accelerate its development in the field of light aircraft navigation.
