A symposium was held Tuesday and Wednesday in Nanjing on the promotion of poverty alleviation cooperation between Jiangsu province and Shaanxi province. Fan Jinlong, Standing Committee Member of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, addressed the symposium. Liang Gui, Member of the Standing Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, also spoke at the symposium.
Fan Jinlong said that at present, the poverty alleviation cooperation between Jiangsu and Shaanxi has entered a new stage, making it important for us to enhance political stance and implement the spirit of a series of important instructions on the poverty alleviation cooperation and paired assistance between the East and West, and do a good job in poverty alleviation cooperation this year between Jiangsu and Shaanxi.
He suggested that it is necessary to combine the them education of staying true to the Party’s founding mission among all Party members with the primary goals and major tasks of the poverty alleviation cooperation between the two provinces so as to shoulder more important responsibilities.
Liang Gui briefed the symposium on the progress of the poverty alleviation cooperation between the two provinces, adding that the year 2019 is a crucial year for Shaanxi to reach the goal of casting off poverty and authorities in Shaanxi will spare no efforts to ensure that the capital on poverty alleviation is managed effectively for the establishment of a better mechanism for poverty alleviation cooperation, labor transfer cooperation, talent support and consumption-oriented poverty alleviation.
The Shaanxi delegation visited Jiangsu’s 12345 call center and Jiangsu provincial administrative service center.
The two sides also exchange views on the online examination and approval of administrative items, the operation of the Jiangsu administrative service portal website, the government information system integration and government data convergence sharing.
