36 students from around the world gathered in Nanjing Sunday morning to start a six-day tour around Jiangsu.
The students come from the USA, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos.
They are the award winners of the 2018 Jiangsu Cup Chinese Language Speaking Contest.
They will attend lectures on Chinese history and culture, learn about the historical transition of Nanjing, visit Dr Sun Yatsen’s Mausoleum and the Imperial Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty and tour the classic gardens in Suzhou.
