The Cultur
e and Tourism Bureau of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province held a tourism promotion meeting in Nanjing on Saturday in a bid to promote the high quality development of global tourism and attract more tourists.

The highlights of the promotion included the national milu deer nature reserve in Dafeng, the sea of tulip and the hometown of Shi Naian, the author of the Chinese classic novel the Outlaws of the Marsh.

Dafeng District enjoys ecological resources such as oceans, wetlands, forests, and milu deer or Pere Davids deer. In recent years, the local government has prioritized ecological and green development. At present, the district has one national 5A level scenic spot and six 4A level scenic spots.

The dream labyrinth scenic spot with rose cultivation and greening has created a plant maze that has claimed two Guinness world records.

The eco-friendly development has injected new vitality into the flourishing development of rural tourism in Dafeng.
