The 2nd Jiangsu Development Summit and the 1st Global Jiangsu Entrepreneurs Convention opened on Monday morning in Nanjing. More than 1,200 guests from home and abroad gathered together at Jiangsu Center for the Performing Arts.
Lou Qinjian, secretary of the CPC Jiangsu provincial committee, made a keynote speech. Wu Zhenglong, deputy secretary of the CPC Jiangsu provincial committee and governor of Jiangsu, presided over the summit. At the opening ceremony, the guests watched the publicity video of the summit - "Jiangsu Going Global".
The Jiangsu Development Forum was held after the opening ceremony. Nine guests made keynote speeches to share their thoughts on the future of Jiangsu.
The Yangtze River Business Forum, Zijin Science and Technology Forum, Ourjiangsu Forum will be held simultaneously this afternoon.
