The 12th Nanjing Conference on International Exchange and Cooperation for Overseas Chinese Professionals is scheduled to kick off on May 8 and 9 in Nanjing.
This year’s Conference for Overseas Chinese Professionals will focus on attracting high-level talents from home and abroad for development opportunities in Nanjing while continuing to promote Nanjing's influence in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region as a regional central city.
1200 high level talents from China, the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany and other countries and regions will participate in the event.
208 R&D institutions and 250 enterprises and organizations will offer 200 and 700 vacancies for post-docs and master’s and doctoral degree holders.
67 large enterprises will offer 180 high-salaried jobs with annual salaries running up to 300,000 yuan.
Poverty alleviation will also be highlighted at the conference in a bid to provide brainpower support to the less developed regions.
