The China-EU Innovation Cooperation Conference was held in Jiangning Development Zone of Nanjing city Monday afternoon in a bid to help boost the city’s efforts for the promotion of an innovative city with global prominence.
Three innovation centers and research institutes such as the Sino-German Digital Health Innovation Institute were unveiled. Two technology companies headed by Russian academicians obtained business licenses.
The signing of 14 innovative science and technology projects, including Sino-British Technology Incubator and China-Israel Science and Technology Innovation Park, will effectively promote international innovation exchanges and scientific and technological cooperation.
Academicians from countries such as France, the United Kingdom, and Spain, as well as leaders of technology companies, also brainstormed on topics such as opportunities for innovation and cooperation, and gave suggestions for innovation and development in Nanjing.
