Guo Wenqi, director of the organization department of the provincial CPC committee, visited two leading scientists Wednesday in Nanjing.
Guo, who is also member of the standing committee of the CPC provincial committee, extended his warm greetings to Teng Gaojun, head of the Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University, and Qin Yinlin, chairman of Jiangsu Carephar Medicine Co. Ltd.
Teng Gaojun received Gold Award, the highest honorary award, from the American Society for Interventional Radiology in 2017.
Since the start of business in 2002, Qin Yinlin has set up a research and development team to carry out research on new drugs. He has undertaken nearly 20 national and provincial science and technology major projects, and completed the industrialization of patent products such as tanshinone IIA sulfuric acid injection and brain vein particles.
Guo Wenqi fully affirmed the achievements made by the experts. He said that Jiangsu has attached great importance to the leading role of experts in the province’s high-quality development by implementing a number of projects and series of policies and striving to create a good environment for the development of the startups launched by the talents. He hoped that that the experts will continue to work hard and make greater achievements.
