A company providing car-sharing service, Pand Auto, has come to Nanjing, local media reported on Aug. 21.
All are new energy vehicles on the platform, which plans to place nearly 1,000 cars in the city. To use the service, a user needs to install an app, complete the registration, upload the ID card and the driver's license before waiting for approval of the system.
New users in Nanjing are provided with some incentives, such as using the car free of charge for 10 hours and returning the car in different places without paying an additional charge.
All cars have purchased commercial insurance.
Nanjing currently has 10 companies offering car-sharing services in the fierce market competition.
