The 14th Nanjing International Software Products and Information Service Trade Fair will be held from August 31st to September 3rd at Nanjing International Expo Center, according to a press release held Saturday afternoon in Beijing by the organizing committee.
The theme of the 14th Soft Expo will be "Digital World, Smart Future". With the exhibition halls covering 100,000 square meters, the expo is expected to see more than 1,200 companies from more than 30 countries and regions.
A theme forum, two innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, two launch events and more than 10 special events are expected to reach out to more than 120,000 visitors.
Facing the current international and domestic situation and the characteristics of Jiangsu's industrial structure, this year's Nanjing Soft Expo will be more strategic and cutting-edge, and will highlight product transactions and project cooperation.
Senior executives from Fujitsu, TSMC and Ali, Tencent and other well-known companies will be invited to participate in the exhibition alongside with many academicians and Internet tycoons.
The Nanjing Soft Expo, which is in its 13th session, has been held continuously as an important window and platform for demonstrating the development achievements of Jiangsu software industry and strengthening foreign exchanges and cooperation
It has effectively promoted the development of the province's information technology and software industry.
In 2017, the province's software and information services industry revenue reached 923 billion yuan, ranking second in the country.
