The 4th meeting of the 13th Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee opened Wednesday morning in Nanjing.

Entrusted by the provincial government, the leading officials of the competent provincial departments gave reports on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for the first half of 2018 in Jiangsu Province, on the draft provincial financial final accounts for Jiangsu Province in 2017 and the budget implementation in the first half of 2018, the audit report on the implementation of the provincial budget implementation and other income and expenditure in Jiangsu Province in 2017, the report on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and the report on the planning of the urban system in key regions.
Gu Shusheng, deputy director of the Provincial People's Congress Financial and Economic Committee, gave a report on the results of the review of the provincial fiscal final accounts in 2017.
