The China (Huaian) International Food Expo will be underway in Huaian City, Jiangsu Province from April 19 to 21.
Themed on ‘Green, Ecology, Safety and Innovation’, the expo will include themed exhibitions, high-end summits, cuisine contests and other activities to make more people understand and fall in love with Huaian. The 818 standard booths in the expo’s five exhibition halls have been booked fully, with 280 companies from home and abroad to display their products. Nearly 5,000 purchasing agents will also participate the expo for business negotiations.
The exhibition hall for foreign brands has invited 28 companies that are either Fortune 500 or of the world’s top 100 food enterprises. The overseas brands include General Mills, Heinz, Hershey’s, McCormicK, Aland, Wyeth, Yakult, Nissin, Wantwant, Master Kong, Ganso,Rt-Mart, Namchow, 85cafe, Leechi, and top wine producers from France. Delegations from eleven countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Russia, Australia, Malaysia and South Africa, will also attend the expo.
