A painting exhibition by female painters from four countries along the Belt and Road kicked off at Zhong Hua City Gate Castle on Mar 8, and is going to end on Mar 15. To further promote the cultural exchanges between Nanjing and the countries along the Belt and Road, and deepen mutual understanding and enhance friendship with the countries along the Belt and Road, this display collects 44 paintings from 22 female painters from Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar and has the sponsorship of the Nanjing Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and Publication and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Nanjing Municipal People's Government.
Focusing on the abundant artistic achievements of the female painters from four countries, this exhibition reflects their varied artistic features from different aspects, embodying the innovativeness of the contemporary multi-language of art. Experiencing these works of art, audience can feel the radiance of humanity and the throbbing of the heart delivered by of the painters, as well as the artistic power and explorations.
It is understood that in recent years, the cultural exchanges between Nanjing and other countries along the Belt and Road have been attracting a lot of attention and interest. 22 cultural exchanges involving over 300 people from 18 countries along the Belt and Road are going on.
